Shopping step by step
Placing an order at Julia Nessa takes three simple steps.
Step 1. Choose your products
- browse the categories in the menu or use the search bar,
- each product page includes a description, how to use it and availability,
- click “Add to basket” next to the product you want,
- once you log in, you can save products you are still thinking about to your wishlist.
Step 2. Check your basket
- your basket shows the products you have chosen – you can change the quantity or remove a product,
- if you have a discount code, enter it in the coupon field,
- when everything looks right, go on to delivery and payment.
Step 3. Delivery, payment and your details
- choose your country, delivery method and payment method,
- enter your delivery address; if you need an invoice for your business, tick “company” and enter your company details and VAT number,
- you can order without creating an account, but an account lets you track your orders, saves your details for next time and gives you loyalty points,
- anything you would like us to know goes in the order comments,
- click “Order and pay” to confirm your purchase.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. There is nothing else you need to confirm – we will keep you updated by email at every step.
