Delivery cost
The delivery cost is calculated in your basket once you choose your country. You will always see the final price, including delivery, before you pay.
Delivery time
Most international parcels arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
When will my order be shipped?
Every product page shows when the product can be dispatched. If your order contains several products, we ship it once the product with the longest dispatch time is ready. Need part of your order sooner? Just write to us or leave a note in the order comments.
Tracking your parcel
As soon as your parcel is on its way, we will send you an email with a tracking link.
Customs and taxes
Orders delivered within the European Union travel without customs. All prices in our shop include VAT.
