Orders and delivery
Right after you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email – there is nothing else you need to confirm.
We start working on your order straight away and keep you updated by email at every step.
When your parcel arrives = dispatch time + delivery time
Dispatch time depends on product availability and your payment method. Delivery time depends on the country you are ordering to.
Product availability
Every product page shows when the product can be dispatched – from 24 hours up to several days for products that are harder to get. We do our best to keep the shop in line with our real stock. If your order is delayed, we will let you know straight away.
If you order several products, we ship the whole order once the product with the longest dispatch time is ready. You can also have your order sent in parts – just contact us or leave a note in the order comments.
Payment method and processing time
♥ PayPal or card
The fastest option. The payment usually reaches us immediately, so we can start preparing your order right away.
♥ Bank transfer
We start preparing your order once the payment has reached our account. International transfers usually take 1–3 working days.
Delivery
International parcels usually arrive within 2–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery costs and times for your country are listed on the Shipping page.
