Neon or pastel orange – from bold to subtle
Orange gel polish can be bold or delicate. The strongest effect comes from the neon shades: juicy orange 713 and tropical orange with a hint of pink 722 – they look great in summer designs and as a background for white nail art. The peaches 123 and 712 have a more subtle, pastel character and work well in an everyday nail set. A bold orange looks best on an even, well-prepared nail plate, and once cured in the lamp and sealed with a top coat, it keeps its intensity throughout the wear.
Nail plate prep and applying orange gel polish
Before applying colour, prep the cuticles, buff the nail plate to matte, degrease it with a nail cleanser and apply the base. NessaUV lac orange gel polish has high pigmentation and a shaped brush that makes application easy, right up to the cuticles. Light peaches are best built up in thin layers, without streaks. With a base and top coat, a gel polish manicure usually looks neat for 2–3 weeks.
