How to equip a nail salon
A professional nail salon is built around a few devices that a nail stylist uses with every client. It is worth planning salon equipment starting from the nail desk: the e-file and lamp determine the pace and quality of the nail set, the nail dust collector and good lighting determine comfort, and the ultrasonic cleaner determines tool hygiene. In this category you will find exactly these devices and accessories for your nail desk. We do not offer furniture such as desks or chairs.

E-files for nails
An e-file is the basic piece of equipment in any beauty salon that does manicures and pedicures. It is used to work on the cuticles, prepare the nail plate and remove the previous nail set. We offer models with different power and construction:
- Activ Power JD308 – cordless, portable, 35 W, up to 30,000 rpm. Good for mobile work.
- EXO EKO CX3 – 40 W, with a lightweight handpiece.
- EXO Runner Up – 65 W, brushed motor, up to 35,000 rpm, handpiece with the Twist-Lock system.
- EXO Silent SX7 – with a brushless handpiece, 48 W, speed adjustable from 0 to 35,000 rpm.
- Saeyang Marathon – the 3 Champion models with an H200 handpiece, and the K35 Cube and K35 mini.

UV LED curing lamps
The lamp is responsible for properly curing gel polishes and builder gels. All our models use Dual LED technology: Glow X 54 W with a motion sensor and Low Heat Mode, OCHO NAILS X13 65 W with 36 LEDs and a mirrored base, Seashel 108 W and Glow 112 48 W with a metal base.
Nail dust collector and filters
Working with an e-file creates dust. The Julia Nessa Studio Air dust collector pulls it in the moment it is created, before it settles on the desk and your clothes. You set the power with a single dial, and you have a pause function and a Boost function, which increases suction power for up to 30 minutes. Reusable and disposable filters are available for the dust collector.
Nail desk lighting
Good light makes precise work easier and is an important part of a manicure desk setup. The ARCHE III lamp has an arched design and 300 LEDs that light the hands evenly and reduce shadows. The PiX 314 lamp attaches to the desktop, has an adjustable stand and a movable head, so it takes up little space.
Ultrasonic cleaners
An ultrasonic cleaner is used for thorough cleaning of tools and accessories, for example e-file bits. Ultrasound reaches hard-to-access places without mechanical scrubbing. You will find disinfection products in the disinfection and sterilisation category.

A cordless one. The Activ Power JD308 has a built-in battery, so it does not need to be plugged into a power supply all the time.
What is the difference between a brushed and a brushless e-file?
The type of motor in the handpiece. In our range the brushless model is the EXO Silent SX7, and the brushed one is the EXO Runner Up.
Does a nail dust collector need its filters replaced?
Yes. Studio Air has replaceable filters, available in reusable and disposable versions.
