DENSON ACDS-300 is a professional model for thoroughly cleaning cosmetic tools. An ultrasonic cleaner comes in handy wherever reusable tools are used: in manicure and pedicure salons and in beauty studios. An 800 ml tank, 60 W of ultrasonic power and a frequency of 42 kHz mean the device effectively removes deposits, even from hard-to-reach spots. It is the larger of the two DENSON models in our range, designed for cleaning more tools at once.

What an ultrasonic cleaner is used for in a salon

A professional ultrasonic cleaner lets you clean tools where a brush can’t reach. It works well for e-file bits, whose cuts trap dust and product residue, for microdermabrasion heads, and for any accessory with a complicated shape. The device can also be used to clean selected dental tools. Hygiene in the salon starts with exactly this step: only a thoroughly washed tool can be properly disinfected.

How ultrasonic technology works

The ultrasonic transducer produces 42 kHz vibrations in the liquid. They cause cavitation: microscopic bubbles form in the liquid and lift dirt from every surface of the submerged item, without any mechanical scrubbing. That is why ultrasonic cleaning is more thorough than cleaning by hand.

Ultrasonic cleaner and tool disinfection

In shops, this kind of device is sometimes described as an ultrasonic cleaner for disinfecting tools or beauty accessories. It’s worth knowing how it really is: the cleaner itself does the washing, which is the first stage. Disinfecting beauty tools needs a suitable disinfectant, and sterilising them needs an autoclave, that is, a steam steriliser. Six time settings and compact design

The tank is made of SUS304 stainless steel and the housing of plastic. The compact body measures 220 × 138 × 141 mm and weighs 1.3 kg, so you can comfortably put it on your nail desk. The display panel lets you choose one of six operating times: 90, 180, 280, 380, 480 or 600 seconds, and match the cleaning process to what needs cleaning and how thoroughly. The lid closes the tank during operation.

DENSON ACDS-300 or ACDS-100

Both models work at a frequency of 42 kHz and have an SUS304 steel tank. They differ in size: the ACDS-300 has a 0.8 l tank and 60 W of power, while the DENSON ACDS-100 has a 0.6 l tank and 50 W.
