Sculpted French gel in a small bottle – get to know the shade first

Rose Milkshake is not for painting the white – it gives you a pink structure on which you lay the white with a separate product. It is self-levelling and medium-hard, so you can build structure with it, strengthen the natural nail plate or do an infill.

In training, students practise building structure on a small bottle, and you don’t have to open a large volume for every group. For beginners it also matters that the gel is applied with a brush straight from the bottle, with no scooping it out of a pot. Those who already know builder gel will quickly notice that OMGel – as the word gel in the name suggests – is pure gel, with no acrylic.

When you work on the go, every bit of space in your case counts. Working with the product in a few steps

Remove the dust thoroughly after shaping the nails with a file. Then reach for Nail Fresh nail dehydrator, SuperBond and a thin layer of Thin Base 2.0 base coat. Apply Rose Milkshake leaving a small gap from the cuticles. Shaping the nail happens as you apply – the gel spreads by itself and you guide it with the brush. Cure it in the lamp for 120 seconds (36W UV lamp) or 30 seconds (48W DUAL LED lamp), then wipe off the sticky (inhibition) layer with nail cleanser. You only do light extensions on a form.
