NessaUV lac Gel Polish – High Pigmentation and Full Coverage

Products: 223

NessaUV lac gel polish by Julia Nessa comes in an 8 ml bottle with high pigmentation and a specially shaped brush that makes it easy to apply colour precisely, right up to the cuticles. The palette includes classic reds and deep browns as well as navy, pastel and semi-sheer shades for every season and every nail. You apply the colour in thin layers over a gel polish base coat and seal the look with a top coat – that is how a complete, long-lasting gel polish system comes together. You can browse the full palette, divided by season and occasion, in the gel polish colours category.

NessaUV lac Gel Polish – High Pigmentation and Full Coverage

Every NessaUV lac gel polish comes in an 8 ml bottle and has high pigmentation, so even a thin layer gives an intense, saturated colour on the nail. The specially shaped brush lets you spread the product precisely right up to the cuticles, without flooding the nail folds. One or two thin coats are usually enough for full coverage – you don't need to add a third. That is a real time saver at the nail desk, and for your client it means an even colour with no streaks or patchy areas.

The products are for professional use only and made in Europe. You apply the polish over a gel polish base coat, cure each layer in a UV or LED lamp – adjust the time to the type and power of your lamp – and seal the whole set with a gel polish top coat. As soon as your client takes her hand out of the lamp the manicure is dry and ready, so she can get straight back to her day.

Coloured Gel Polish – How to Choose a Shade for the Nail Design

The range covers a wide choice of colours and shades for every occasion, so every nail tech and every client can find a favourite. Every polish in this collection has the same high pigmentation and a comfortable consistency. There are bold, opaque colours for a classic manicure – such as the intense red NessaUV lac 130, the deep, cocoa brown of dark chocolate NessaUV lac 828 or the navy Deep Navy NessaUV lac 334 – and alongside them muted nudes and subtle semi-sheer gel polishes that give a natural, delicate effect and work beautifully as a base for a French manicure.

Colours follow the seasons: in spring and summer you reach for pastel and neon shades, in autumn for deep reds and browns, and in winter for cool blues, navy and festive glitter finishes. Every polish joins our range so that the palette stays complete all year round.

How to Apply Gel Polish Step by Step

A healthy, well-prepared nail is the basis of a long-lasting result, so before you apply colour take care of the nail plate and cuticles.

  1. Prepare the nail plate and apply a suitable gel polish base coat, which prepares the natural nail and improves the adhesion of the colour.
  2. Spread a thin layer of NessaUV lac, drawing the brush from the base of the nail towards the free edge.
  3. Cure the layer in a UV or LED lamp, adjusting the time to the type and power of your device.
  4. If you need deeper coverage, apply a second thin layer of colour and cure again.
  5. Seal everything with a top coat, which locks in the colour and protects it from scratches.

The same application routine works for most colours in our palette – the differences mostly concern the number of layers needed for full coverage with very light or very dark shades.

Top Coat and Base Coat – Completing the Gel Polish Manicure

Colour is only one element of the gel polish system. A well-chosen gel polish base coat – for example Naked Base or Rubber Base – prepares the natural nail plate and improves the adhesion of the colour. At the end you seal the whole set with a top coat, for example High Gloss Top or Pure Shine – both in a no-wipe version, which means no sticky (inhibition) layer after curing in the lamp, and a beautiful shine to finish the whole set.

Professional Gel Polish – Neon Collections All Year Round

Our gel polishes work very well both in the salon and in a mobile setup – every nail tech will find colours that suit her clients. A new collection appears every season: pastel pinks and beiges in spring, juicy neon shades in summer, deep reds and browns in autumn, and cool blues and festive glitters in winter. That way you always have fresh colours for the current season at hand and can keep the palette in your salon up to date, whether you are doing a classic manicure or a more elaborate design with nail art.

Gel Polish Wear Time and Care for Gel Nails

With a properly prepared nail plate and work done over a base coat and under a top coat, a set made with our gel polishes usually looks neat for 2–3 weeks. The colour keeps its intensity, doesn't chip and doesn't lose its shine, so your client comes back for her next appointment less often and you gain time to look after other clients. These are long-wearing polishes that cope well with everyday tasks – washing up, typing or working in the garden.

Gel nails don't need any special care between appointments – just moisturise the cuticles and avoid contact with acetone, so the set looks freshly done for as long as possible.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many coats of gel polish are enough for full coverage?

One or two thin coats are usually enough – the high pigmentation of NessaUV lac gel polishes gives full coverage without adding a third coat.

Do I need to apply gel polish over a base coat and seal it with a top coat?

Yes. You apply the colour over a gel polish base coat and seal it at the end with a top coat, e.g. High Gloss Top or Pure Shine – together they make a long-lasting nail set.

How long should I cure gel polish in the lamp?

Adjust the curing time to the type and power of your UV or LED lamp – cure each layer separately, following the recommendations for the device you use.

How do I choose the best gel polishes for my salon?

Look at the pigmentation, the consistency and whether the palette has both bold, opaque colours and semi-sheer or pastel options – that way a single gel polish will work in many different nail designs.

How long does a gel polish manicure last?

With a properly prepared nail plate and work over a base coat and under a top coat, the set usually looks neat for 2–3 weeks. You will find more tips on how to make sure of that in the guide the most common mistakes in a gel polish manicure.
