How to apply Shimmer Powder nail powder?

  1. Apply Pure Shine top coat and cure it for 30 seconds.
  2. Using the applicator provided or your finger, rub the powder into the sticky layer of the top coat.
  3. Use a 120/120 buffer block to lightly buff the side edges and the free edge of the nail. Do not touch the top surface of the nail.
  4. Gently dust off the nail set with a brush, taking care not to remove the powder you’ve applied.
  5. Apply the top coat of your choice and cure it for the time given on the product label.
