Opis produktu
The stamper has two silicone heads, so it lasts twice as long as a single-headed stamper.
Important: do not wipe the stamper with nail cleanser or acetone. Once wiped, it will lose its properties.
How to stamp nails step by step
- ♥ finish the nail set completely – you stamp the design onto the cured colour,
- ♥ apply stamping polish over the chosen design on the plate,
- ♥ scrape off the excess polish with the edge of the card in one movement,
- ♥ straight away, place the stamper on the design and roll it across – do not press straight down,
- ♥ transfer the design onto the nail with the same rolling movement, looking through the clear stamper,
- ♥ seal the nail art with a top coat.
Why won't the stamper pick up the design?
- ♥ too little polish on the plate – a thin layer does not fill the design, so only part of it transfers,
- ♥ too long a pause – stamping polish dries quickly, so scraping off the excess and picking up with the stamper must follow one right after the other,
- ♥ pressing straight down – the stamper needs to be rolled; if you press it, the design smudges at the sides.
Nail stamper – what to look for
A nail stamper works like a small rubber stamp: it picks up the design from the plate and transfers it onto the nail plate. A clear stamper makes it easier to place the design precisely, which you will especially appreciate near the cuticles and the free edge. Two heads in one stamper mean a longer life, and the card in the set is for scraping excess stamping polish off the plate.
Nail stamping is a quick way to create repeatable nail art in gel polish and gel manicures – every client gets the same design in the same quality. Remember not to wipe the stamper with nail cleanser or acetone.
What else you need for nail stamping
To use the stamper, you need a stamping plate and stamping polish. We offer 20 stamping plates, for example Elements with 30 nature-inspired designs, and 8 ml stamping polishes in black, white, silver and gold. You will find everything in the stamping polishes and plates category.
What is in the set?
A silicone stamper with two heads and a pink stamping scraper card in a pink box.
Can I wipe the stamper with nail cleanser?
No. Do not wipe the stamper with nail cleanser or acetone – once wiped, it will lose its properties.
Why a clear stamper?
Through the clear top and bottom you can see the nail, so you stamp the design exactly where you want it.
What is nail stamping?
It is a nail art technique where you transfer a design from a plate onto the nail with a stamper, using stamping polish.
Which polish should I use for stamping?
Stamping polish works best – we have it in black, white, silver and gold, 8 ml each. Finish by sealing the design with a top coat.
What is the difference between a stamper and a plate?
A plate is a metal sheet with engraved designs, and the stamper picks up the design from the plate and transfers it onto the nail.
