Medium-hard builder gel for nails – what’s in the bottle

OMGel is pure gel, not an acrygel – liquid acrygel combines gel and acrylic, so it is a completely different technology. The special formula of the builder gel in a bottle is self-levelling: after application the product spreads by itself and smooths the surface, and the medium hardness works well for strengthening the natural nail plate.

Besides building up, you will reach for it for infills and for light extensions on a form, when you want the effect of extended nails at a subtle length. After curing a sticky (inhibition) layer remains, to be wiped off with nail cleanser. Curing takes 120 seconds in a 36W UV lamp or 30 seconds in a 48W DUAL LED lamp.

Nail Fresh, SuperBond and Thin Base 2.0 – the order of work with Sorbet

Start by preparing the nail plate and removing the dust carefully. Degrease it with Nail Fresh nail dehydrator, then apply SuperBond, which gives excellent adhesion to the following layers, and a thin layer of Thin Base 2.0 base coat. These preparations make your nail set last, so don’t skip any of them.

Apply OMGel to the prepared nail plate with the brush from the bottle, give it a moment to spread and only then shape the apex. For light extensions, work on a form and give the nail plate the right shape straight away. After the lamp, wipe off the sticky (inhibition) layer with nail cleanser – and the nail set is ready for further shaping.

This pink loves pastel and playful moods: baby boomer, soft French and minimalist designs where clean colour is what counts. It’s also great for nail sets with small details – as a base colour under dots, thin lines or tiny flowers.
